In addition to the Newslettersplus self service platform we provide the following professional services for our clients with broader needs.

Project Management – If the project scope requires, a project manager will be assigned to your project to ensure that the proper resources are focused on your project and that project timelines, budgets and requirements are met. Business Strategist identify key stakeholders, document workflows and recommend solutions to build the foundation for a successful campaign.
Training – Training is available for both end-user and administrative customers. Please contact info@newslettersplus.com for further information and scheduling.
Design – Our award winning design staff can design custom templates for your campaigns from scratch and pull from your existing electronic media to produce your templates. Our design process is sensitive to style guidelines, reliant on editorial input from clients, and based on collaborative review sessions. (Clients who do not need custom design services can import their existing content into the system.) All customers also have access to the Newslettersplus template library.
Programming – For templates that require integration with existing systems or a large amount of back-end processing and reporting, our programmers are ready to build your solution. All custom code is subject to functional, browser compatibility and stress testing prior to being released to you.
Deployment and Infrastructure Management – For those clients who need to deploy Newslettersplus in their own production environments instead of taking advantage of the traditional hosted solution, we can work with your team to manage the planning, deployment and implementation of Newslettersplus behind your firewall.

Production Environment and Deployment

Some clients with the appropriate hosting and technical resources may wish to deploy Newslettersplus in their own hosting environment.

Newslettersplus can be deployed within your organizations hosting environment and administrated by your team. For these clients a project manager is assigned to oversee the planning, deployment and implementation of Newslettersplus behind your firewall. Fees are based on customer requirements and are billed according to the hourly rates published below.

Professional Service Fees

Fees for Professional Services are billed in hourly increments as follows. Project Fee Estimates are based upon customer requirements. Signed Estimates are required to initiate professional services.

All professional service clients receive a project plan for their project which details tasks, resources and milestone due dates associated with your project.

Design, Programming and Infrastructure Management Services will not be initiated until client approval is obtained for documented project requirements.

Support

Newslettersplus has been developed as a self-service platform. After the initial setup little if no support is needed.

Limited online chat support is available at no charge. Additional live chat support is available and is billed to your credit card. Billed in 1-minute increments, live chat charges are 50 cents per minute.

Custom Support services are also available and are based upon client needs.
